The fund is administered by the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center (CEC). The CEC's experience in structuring early stage financial transactions and providing pre-and-post financing operational assistance makes it uniquely qualified to administer a seed-stage fund. Over the past 4 years, the CEC has assisted entrepreneurs raise over $40 million in capital.

IIT has produced many of the area's leading technology entrepreneurs and successful inventions over its 117-year history.
