The fund is administered by the Chicagoland Entrepreneurial Center (CEC). The CEC's experience in structuring early stage financial transactions and providing pre-and-post financing operational assistance makes it uniquely qualified to administer a seed-stage fund. Over the past 4 years, the CEC has assisted entrepreneurs raise over $40 million in capital.

IIT has produced many of the area's leading technology entrepreneurs and successful inventions over its 117-year history. Together with the Knapp Center for Entrepreneurship and the University Technology Park, IIT is well positioned to provide the fund portfolio companies with the necessary resources to fuel their growth in the Chicagoland area.
